We arrived in the northern Ardeche area, ( south of Lyon and just west of Tournon sur Rhone) on Thursday. Found a remote and VERY quiet campsite , from which we have just been having local walks and cycling – nothing spectacular, but relaxing and very peaceful.
One noteworthy trip was this afternoon when we took the Velo-rail down the gorge of the local river ( the Doux). Wheeeeee !
Velorails are great fun. We always try and find one when we’re in France.
