Are you ‘aving a loaf ?!?

Got half-way through what seemed to be a decent multi-grain loaf we got from a LeClerk supermarket, and found a little surprise –

You try making sarnies with THAT

About 25% of it was air pocket.

They are ‘aving a loaf.

I don’t like to get croissant lose my temper, I’ve taken some French Stick in my time, but I was sorry we baguette that one. It was a real pain in the Ardèche, and nearly sourdough whole holiday.

I’ve got just two words for such pathetic bread production – it’s PANTS !

(or, in French –  Boo ! Lingerie ! )
